Chimenea fire in the cave room one night trying to keep warm. Shot on iPhone 5S, edited in iColorama with Congruence and Threshold. Got so smokey even with the flue open that I had to open an outside door. So much for heat!
The original photo was not so great. Didn’t give the feeling of the season. Maybe because I was trying to juxtapose the faux tree and the nearby palm. So I imported it into iColorama, fiddled mostly with a few layers of Congruence with a bit of Threshold and a smidgeon of cropping. Shot on the iPhone 5S at a Rosarito location.
Basic editing in Snapseed, framing in iColorama, signature by Phonto. iPhone 5S.
I modified the photo in a filter using fibers. And then I ran it through Pop-o-graph and added some dots to the background. Then we end up with art of Santa throwing a candle into a small bonfire. Some of the underlying work was done and iColorama.
The 5 gallon dispenser never did work right (the cheap one) so I went to a local crockery store and got this. It is lighter weight than it looks and isn’t a leaking mess. Plus it is pretty to look at.
